This land is your land, this land is my land

Here's a page devoted to the possible sale of 20 acres of my 40 acres, which is located in the Trans Pecos region of far west Texas.

As of the moment, there is little to put up here, as I am putting together some stuff that may aid a potential buyer in making a choice.

Here's a bird's eye from Google Maps, based upon the property pins, which are stored in my Garmin device.  Note:  the one pin on this map is projected, as it is the last pin I have yet to find while on the property.

The lines are drawn based upon these waypoints, and connected together using the desktop Paint application on the Windows based computer.

And here she is:

The above pic may be a little distorted because I had to adjust its size a bit.

Here's a diagram of the Northern 20 acres.

A slight correction to the caption above.   Weatherby Rd is the southern boundary for the south 20 acres that I am keeping.  The southern boundary mentioned above is the northern boundary for the land I am keeping.

Morris Tank, Texas.  Tank is at the lower left corner of the pic.  My property is slightly north of dashed line.

The way to the property can be viewed on Google Maps.  You can enter "Morris Tank Texas" in the Google Maps search, and you will get something that looks like the above.  From Morris Tank, go north about 100 feet along Frederick Rd, and note the intersection.  This is Weatherby.  You have arrived.

Here are some pics that I developed that show the route from the nearest major road.

Entrance to Sunset Ranches is approx. 10 miles from Sierra Blanca on FM 1111

Frederick Rd passing "RockCandy Mountain"

Half the way there.

You have arrived.  It is about 7 miles from FM 1111.

At southern boundary of the 40 acres.  Land is directly to the right ( north ) in this picture.

On property

On property near same location as above

Scenic video of the place.  Mostly northern 20 acres.
