Road trip, 2.13 to 2.14.19

This post is about the recent visit to the property out West.  The objectives were to stay
longer, but had to be cut short because of physical problem.

The visit was only 3 hours.  During this time, a practice post hole was dug out.  This was
a bit surprising in its ease.  The ground may be a lot softer than it seemed.  The use of a
shovel does not seem to work, but this drill with augur bit works quite well.  If anything,
it could mean that the ground is too soft, and therefore, may not support the structure
intended.  This gives some food for thought.

Also during this visit, a potential location for the cabin was sketched out with waypoints
saved on GPS device.  A quick review of the waypoints suggest that it may be difficult to
translate onto a map.  In addition to this, a video was made tracing out the steps involved
in the turnaround.  A turnaround is needed so that the rear of the trailer is facing west.
Without the turnaround, the trailer end would be facing east.  The significance of this is
that the trailing end is the bathroom, with the opposite end as the bedroom.  The goal is
to keep the bedroom on the opposite end from the hot sun.

While there, I met a local, and we had a nice chat.  He says he is on Facebook, and
will look for me.

It appears more people are out there.  Also, I can make a call out if I have a booster.  It
almost works without one.

Finally, I made a video along the road on the way out.  It is of poor quality, but along
with the others, I now have a video record of the full length of the route.

The trip was quite tiring, but I did cover a lot of ground in a little over 24 hours.
